- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆August 29, 2020, by Christina KI used T-Mobile as my cell phone provider for many years. I chise pre-paid plans, they were cheaper than the monthly options that they had. Reception in the area was good, some times when I would travel there were issues, not too bad. My problem comes in when I was switching plans... the guys in the shop couldn't help they just took up my time and caused me more frustration. I ended up taking care of it over the phone myself, ugh.
